I am a Culturally Diverse Generalist and Integrative Counselling Therapist. I believe that a supportive and effective Counselling Therapist has experienced their own life difficulties and is relatable. Emerging from a mindset influenced by personal experiences of racial inequality, trauma, and loss, I stepped into the thought-provoking and life changing world of Counselling. Therapeutic encouragement and perseverance resulted in the creation of CMPA EMPOWERING COUNSEL. In practice, I draw upon years of experience and specialized training with the supportive aim to EMPATHISE with, EQUIP and EMPOWER clients experiencing difficult life journeys.
